A Rest & Reset Yoga Retreat at Comrie Croft

This retreat is an invitation to step out of the constant movement of everyday life and into a quieter rhythm of rest.
For two days we gather in the beautiful hills surrounding Comrie Croft — a landscape of woods, meadows and open skies — to slow down, soften the nervous system and reconnect with ourselves through gentle yoga, rest and nature.
The practices offered throughout the duration of our Retreat are designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through restorative yoga, yin yoga, mindful movement and yoga nidra, we create the conditions for the body and mind to unwind naturally.
There is no pressure to achieve anything here. Everything is optional, and the retreat unfolds at a gentle pace so that you can truly listen to what your body needs.
Alongside our yoga sessions there will be nourishing vegetarian meals, time for quiet walks in nature, moments of stillness, and simple pleasures like warming up in the wood-fired sauna under the Scottish sky.
This retreat is open to all levels and particularly supportive for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of time to pause and restore.

The Setting – Comrie Croft
Comrie Croft is a unique farm and nature-based community set within 231 acres of woodland, meadows and hills in Perthshire.Â
Surrounded by nature yet easily accessible, it offers a beautiful setting to step away from the noise of everyday life.
During the retreat there will be plenty of time to explore the surrounding paths, breathe in the fresh air, or simply sit quietly and enjoy the landscape.

No prior experience with yoga is required. This retreat is for anyone wishing to focus on stress relief, human connection, nature connection, and gently exploring tension through mindful movement and presence.

 ‘TIME TO REST’ monthly yoga workshop
The next workshop is on:

To keep the experience truly intimate and restorative, spaces are limited to just 9 participants per session. If you’d like to reserve your place, simply email us at [hello@yogatribescotland.com] or contact us via social.
If you have not been to Time To Rest before, it’s a lush, 2-hour yoga session designed for deep relaxation. It’s a blend of restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga Nidra as well as some techniques from Iyengar Yoga. Expect slow movement, deep stretches (with plenty of props!), and a long, soothing relaxation with essential oils and a singing bowl towards the end.
Open to all levels and abilities. All props are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own. Extra layers or blankets are advised for the added layer of comfort.
After the workshop we enjoy home made, organic baking. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies when you are booking, thank you.Â

Together We Grow is our special Friday evening gathering, where we combine a yoga session (5:50 PM) with a relaxed social hangout (6:40 PM onwards). We have been exploring some lovely venues in Perth city centre, always on a lookout for the best tea and coffee in town! Please get in touch if you’d like to be added to our WhatsApp group – we tend to agree details there, rather than via email. It’s been such a joy seeing familiar and new faces each week. Whether you’re looking to move, connect, or simply enjoy a lovely evening, there’s always space for you. |
